One more room

I think this floorplan tells the most about the importance of economical design: in this newly built flat in a popular residential area we managed to put another bedroom into the plan with a new concept.

Less wall, more space

If there are too many rooms and the clutter is getting on your nerves, you should give an open plan living-room a try. Or, if you can add another small room to it, the whole ground floor can become a spacious living space.

Dynamics

If dynamics is lacking from your plans and you don't shrink from curves, this example shows how an ordinary plan can be changed into something unusual and more flexible.

Infinite choices

We usually make three or four floorplans before you can decide on which one you like, and you have the complete freedom even to make us blend them into one!

Design is essential in tiny places where every square inch is of importance. For oddly proportioned spaces there has to be a firm approach and an intricate design that dominates the place. Bold solutions that indicate a cleverly designed space is worth ten times more than a plan that tries to smudge or make the difficult areas insignificant. We have found that it is a better approach that if you can't hide something, you should make it a feature.

In the vast majority of the interiors, a difficult space is a foundation where design is built upon, and instead of being a problem factor, it is a true challenge!
